Fees and costs to tenants: There are no administration fees for tenants as from 1st June 2019. Should you wish to rent a property you would be required to pay one weeks rent as a holding fee which will be deducted from your initials move in costs (unless you fail referencing and can not provide a guarantor or 6 months rent in advance). The initial cost to move into a property is one months rent in advance plus a bond of up to five weeks rent inclusive of VAT.
