THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE (UNLESS OTHERWISE INFORMED IN WRITING) FOR THE CONNECTION AND PAYMENT OF ALL UTILITIES INCLUDING GAS, ELECTRIC, WATER, TELEPHONE & COUNCIL TAX.
